Wrap Me Up

The quintessential Wrap Dress has been around since the 1970’s. The talented Diane von Furstenberg created this timeless style that is still worn today. The wrap dress now has so many variations by different designers, but upholds the same basic look.

The Wrap Dress can be worn in the office, to a nice dinner, meeting the parents, brunch, or just about anything. The classic look pairs well with pumps, heeled sandals, boots, and even flats. You can accessorize with a scarf, a beautiful necklace, some fun bangle bracelets, and always top it off with a chic pair of sunglasses.

This outfit would look great with a gorgeous felt hat, a faux fur vest, and some cute booties for a fall or winter look. This would also look great with a black leather coat to give it a little bit of an edgy feel.

In the spring there are usually so many printed variations. I love seeing all the fun bright colors and unique prints. A chic spring/summer look would be a bright wrap dress with some strappy heeled sandals, a little handbag, and some fun earrings.

I paired this look with a gorgeous Mini Banker Bag from Camino Brands. I love the size of the bag and how it adds texture and excitement to a simple outfit.
